Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp by cleaning and peeling if necessary, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and Sriracha, adjusting as needed for spice preference.
  3. Combine jalapeño, cabbage, vinegar, honey, salt, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Pat shrimp dry, toss with paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with avocado oil, add shrimp, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove shrimp from skillet and chop into smaller pieces.
  7. Assemble tacos using tortillas, shrimp, sauce, and cilantro lime slaw, and serve with lime wedges.
