Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into evenly-sized cubes. In a bowl, combine with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. While the sweet potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for about 8 minutes.
  5. Season the browned beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a serving bowl, layer shredded lettuce, roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, red onion, diced tomatoes, pickles, and special sauce.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
