Step-by-Step Instructions for Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a large, rimmed baking sheet with oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and add the baby Dutch yellow potatoes. Cook for 10-13 minutes, adding the corn in the last 5 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Melt the butter in a small bowl, stir in the minced garlic and Old Bay seasoning to combine.
  4. Spread the cooked potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sliced sausage on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Drizzle the butter mixture over the ingredients and toss gently to coat.
  6. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are opaque, and the corn and potatoes are tender.
