Step-by-Step Instructions for Steakhouse Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a meatloaf pan.
  2. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until barely crispy, then transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Sauté chopped onions in the bacon grease for around 5 minutes, then add minced garlic for an additional minute.
  4. Combine ground beef, soaked oatmeal, 3/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, salt, and pepper with the bacon mixture.
