Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1½ lbs. of ground beef, ¾ bag of stovetop stuffing, and ½ cup of finely diced onion. Add 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of salt, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ cup of milk. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Grease a loaf pan generously and transfer the meat mixture into the pan, packing it down gently.
  4. Place the prepared meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. While the meatloaf is baking, mix together 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  6. After 30 minutes, spread your topping evenly over the surface of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15 to 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice into 1-inch portions and serve warm.
