- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1½ lbs. of ground beef, ¾ bag of stovetop stuffing, and ½ cup of finely diced onion. Add 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of salt, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ cup of milk. Mix gently until just combined.
- Grease a loaf pan generously and transfer the meat mixture into the pan, packing it down gently.
- Place the prepared meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is baking, mix together 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- After 30 minutes, spread your topping evenly over the surface of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15 to 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
