- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the bowl, mixing thoroughly.
- Gently fold in ½ cup of diced strawberries and ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or bowls, leaving a little space at the top. Cover each jar with a lid or plastic wrap.
