Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Gently fold in ½ cup of diced strawberries and ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or bowls, leaving a little space at the top. Cover each jar with a lid or plastic wrap.
  5. Place the covered jars in the refrigerator and let them chill for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to enjoy, remove the jars from the refrigerator and add extra diced strawberries and chocolate chips on top as desired.
