- In a bowl, combine cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss chicken pieces in the mixture.
- Heat about 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
