- Soften the Cream Cheese by taking it out of the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Tortillas by laying them flat and spreading a layer of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each.
- Mix the Apple Filling by chopping apples, adding brown sugar and cinnamon, and mix until coated.
- Assemble the Quesadillas by spooning apple mixture onto half of each tortilla and folding them.
- Heat the Skillet and melt butter. Add quesadillas, cooking in batches if needed.
- Cook the Quesadillas for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice and Serve the quesadillas, best enjoyed with powdered sugar or caramel drizzle.
